Create a Product Requirements Document with PID reference (VisiTrans template) as the pd-2 step of the Product-Design workflow — consumes Personas + PID and feeds pd-3-prototype/validate/handoff with PRD-delta tracking. Use inside the /vt-d-pd-* flow; the standalone version is /vt-d-kw-prd.

Orchestrator: not declared. This phase's SKILL.md carries no agent: field, so which orchestrator it routes to is not machine-readable. Prose mentions are deliberately not used here: /vt-d-0-start name-drops three orchestrators and dispatches none of them.

Hooks
