Stack-aware — Angular 21 + PrimeNG for B2B SaaS product UIs (VisiMatch, VisiFair, VisiArea, VisiTrans Data) and Astro 4 + Tailwind + Shadcn/UI for marketing sites (visitrans.de, visimatch.com, visifair.com); mock data, responsive dark/light themes, 95% code-reuse. Use inside the /vt-d-pd-* flow; the standalone version is /vt-d-kw-prototype.

Orchestrator: not declared. This phase's SKILL.md carries no agent: field, so which orchestrator it routes to is not machine-readable. Prose mentions are deliberately not used here: /vt-d-0-start name-drops three orchestrators and dispatches none of them.

Hooks
